This is an elegant and harmonious dry red Merlot. The grapes were sourced from select vineyards in the Thracian valley. They were hand-picked at optimal ripeness and then carefully vinified without the use of equipment that might roughen the taste. Aged in French oak barriques for 10 months. Bottled in March 2008 without processing.
