This wine was made from grapes grown on rolling hills and light, sandy soils. The grapes were carefully sorted. Some vats held whole – unpressed – grapes during fermentation. The grapes were collected in early October. The wine aged in both Bulgarian and French barriques for 7 to 8 months.
